Welcome to Two Creeks Ranch. The ranch is nested in the heart of Goliad County and the only access to the property is down our private road. Kilgore creek runs through the ranch with beautiful white sand banks. Perdido Creek is the borderline for the west side of the property. With normal rainfall, this creek is full of clear water. Oaks flank the creek and are approximately 30'-40' tall. The banks of the creek reach approximately 15' to 20'in some places. There are Oaks, Mesquite, Cactus and some guajillo on the ranch.

Abundant wildlife such as whitetail deer, turkey, quail and dove are found on the property. Our ranch has been carefully cared for and the result is plenty of healthy game.

The ranch has one cased well with pump (well house), and 2 water tanks. A 5,000 square foot barn houses all the equipment necessary to operate the ranch. With a low water crossing and a high water bridge, access to the property is never a problem. The fences and roads are in great shape.

The bunkhouse was built to accommodate six hunters/guests, and has two full bathrooms, full kitchen and private lockers for each guest. The large porch offers lots of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The utility room houses the water heater, washer and dryer.

This is a great hunting or recreational ranch.
